Nominations for the Wollongong Youth Forum are open to young people aged between 12 and 17 years of age (prior to applications closing on 21 July) living in Wollongong City Council local government area. You do not need to be an Australian citizen to nominate yourself.
We ask for some personal details in this form. This will be used to manage your application and, if your application is successful, to keep in contact with you.
