The following questions will help us understand why you want to nominate for the Youth Forum.
This information will be shared confidentially with staff from our partner council, Wollongong Regional Council, and a young representative of the community supporting the application assessment. The information will be presented de-identified (without your name or school).

The vision of a Youth Forum is one that represents their community, so we want a broad range of experiences in the nominations and encourage the nominee to think about their life in Wollongong holistically from home, school, work, community, sports, and arts - all of them count for this nomination process.
