Back young people to transform the future.

Every dollar you donate to FYA is used to enable young people to build movements, fight for change, and design solutions that benefit us all.

How we put your money to work

Create free-to-access programs and projects that enable young people to grow and develop the skills they need to build teams and take action.

Connect youth-led movements across to build alliances, collaborate on action and share experience, through our programs and events.

Inject emergency funds and offer grant opportunities to youth-led movements to keep their momentum going, and support them when and where they need it most.

The Foundation for Young Australians is a ‘Deductible Gift Recipient’ charitable organisation. All donations are fully tax-deductible, and all donations over $2 will be issued with a tax deduction receipt.

For young people across Australia who are facing injustice and are locked out of power, FYA is an independent organisation that backs them to create change. We use our expertise, resources, and connections to back young people – on their terms.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we all work and live. We recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and community and pay respects to Elders past, present, and those yet to come. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, always will be Aboriginal Land.
