Lucy is the Operations Coordinator and is responsible for providing hands-on operational support across FYA, including maintaining office facilities and equipment, coordinating IT infrastructure, liaising with service providers and supporting the People and Operations team to deliver an exceptional experience to our FYA staff.
Previously Lucy has worked in executive support roles at The Australia and New Zealand School of Government and PwC UK. Prior to FYA, she joins us from managing a GP clinic through the COVID-19 pandemic.
