As the Learning & Community Lead at YLab, Lauren Van Krimpen aka LVK works to create learning and connection opportunities for YLab Associates.
Before joining YLab, LVK was a Learning Consultant for discovery college, Australia’s first youth-focussed recovery college created in partnership with Alfred Health and headspace. In this role, she brought young people, mental health professionals, and their communities together to learn, discover and share new ways of thinking about mental health.
LVK’s expertise lies at the intersection of her background in education, theatre, psychology, and lived experience. She is passionate about co-design through methods that prioritise play, curiosity, and shared humanity.
