Grosvenor Francis (he/him)

Manager, Ylab

Grosvenor Francis is a Manager at YLab, our co-design and consulting social enterprise which exists to design better systems and services with young people. His role involves project delivery, facilitation and business development across the health, employment and education systems.

A storyteller by trade and strategic designer at heart, Grosvenor’s experience spans the education, non-profit, social enterprise and startup sectors. He has worked and volunteered with the likes of Young Change Agents, Australian Red Cross, University of Technology Sydney, OpenIDEO, Purpose Conference and the Foundation for Young Australians.

Grosvenor is particularly passionate about supporting young people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences to build their confidence and capacity to enact change within their own lives and communities. Outside of work, you’ll find him spinning ceramics or disco tunes.
