FYA is a Company Limited by Guarantee and is governed by an elected Board of Directors who oversee our policy, direction and governance. Our constitution spells out the details of this in practice.
FYA is a Company Limited by Guarantee and is governed by an elected Board of Directors who oversee our policy, direction and governance. In accordance with our Constitution, at least a quarter of FYA’s Board Directors are young people.
