Director, Our truth our way
Rachael (she/her) is a Warlpiri woman from Lajamanu, currently living on Gadigal land in Sydney. She works Tuesday to Thursday leading the Our Truth Our Way program with the First Nations team at FYA. Rachael is a freelancer who spends her spare time as a journalist, editor, curator and presenter, with a focus on First Nations storytelling.
Rachael previously served three years as a director with the Dart Centre for Journalism and Trauma in the Asia Pacific and continues to advocate for trauma informed reporting in our communities. She is a current director on the board for Common Ground.
