Chelsea enjoys spending her time supporting young people to be leaders of social change. As YLab Director, she works with YLab Associates across the country to make this kind of magic happen! With a background in facilitation and the arts, she enjoys finding new ways to inspire and motivate people into action about issues that matter.
Chelsea is particularly passionate about social justice, LGBTQI rights and gender equality, and feels lucky to be part of an organisation like YLab, which gives young people the opportunity to reimagine and redesign systems and structures to support these goals.
